How could that be a routine check. I mean immigration coming to your house at midnight to ask you questions is not routine. It makes me wonder if someone tipped them off about Ali-Uncle or if they already knew and had been searching for him. I think it may be Tareq. He seems a little to interested in their situation. What do you guys think?

I know, right! If its a routine check, it would happen regularly at the same time. Unless the police just happen to lik waking up at 2 am and going to someones house. After hearing everyones opinions in class, I think it is Tareq too....he seems a little suspicious.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, that part also stuck out to me in the chapter. I agree with Puja, why would they be so harsh and suspicious if it was just a routine check. I think mabye someone tipped of the police about them being illegal. I also think that they came at 2am because they wanted to make sure they were there.
